Trash Reminders!!!

Please don’t forget that you must not leave garbage sitting out on your balconies or outside your front or back doors at any time. This is a good way for many unwanted pests to come out and find food. Please make sure that when it is disposed of, that is in a proper garbage bag and put inside the compactor (red door), located on the South Circle behind the laundry facility. Please do not put unwanted items in the recycle bins, those bins specify what should be put in them. If you happen to notice that the compactor area is messy, please notify the office and someone will take care of it immediately. Our trash compactor requires you to open the door, deposit your trash and then close and latch the door. If the red light is on or blinking, please continue to deposit trash in the compactor. Do NOT leave any items sitting outside. Please remember that the compactor is for household items only. Do not dispose of rugs, sofas, box springs, etc. If you have such items, it is your responsibility to remove them from the property. Also remember that your trash may be someone else’s treasure.
